To process your home loan, we need a few essential documents related to your identity, income, and property. Having these ready helps speed up approval and disbursal.

    • PAN Card

    • Aadhar Card

    • Latest Utility Bill / Rent Agreement ( if required )

  • ​For Salaried Individuals :

    • 6 Months Salary Slips

    • Latest Form 16 or Income Tax Return

    • Last 6 Months Bank Statements

    • Employee ID Card ( some banks may ask )

    For Self-Employed / Business Owners :

    • ITR for Last 3 Years

    • Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet ( CA Certified )

    • Business Registration Proof / GST registration
